      Pros

      I love working here, it is wonderful for entry level, they will hire with no experience. Values based managment.

      Cons

      After being here for several years it is increasingly frustrating to advance, middle/lower management can be shady.

      Pros

      learn about different aspects of what runs a company. i worked as a software developer. then added tech support. then added training. then the company closed

      Cons

      low pay, no communication about company status. company closed. owners didn't notify of closing. they insisted we're moving and everything was fine.
