      Cons

      - Management only invest in their friends. If you don't befriend the team - Rude, aggressive and bullying behaviors from team leads. leads, you'll get nowhere. - Minimal internal growth opportunities. - "Coaching sessions" are just goal setting, no actual upskilling or training offered.

      A bit dirty but understand it is a warehouse. Extremely busy at times and then very quiet not steady workflow
