      Friendly place to work, with innovative products and interesting marketplace.

      Cons

      Short term management . All decisions are made on short term payback, rather than long term relationship building. As a result lots of problems are being stored up.

      Minimal management oversight, trusted to get on with own work. Relaxed office. Interesting projects. 37.5 hour week. Some extra hours needed in busy times. Lots of opportunities for training and apprenticeships.

      Cons

      Low company pension contribution - only 3%. No other benefits apart from salary.
