Pros
- really good co workers - get to learn and educate pet owners about the wellbeing of pets and domestic animals - generally a fun job environment, customers are friendly, get to meet lots of dogs - better pay than other retail stores
Cons
- not much space to grow past store manager - company gives lots of promises but hardly delivers - bonuses can be a large sum of money but are extremely unachievable
