Ch...ch...ch...changes - CNA Peter Becker Community Employee Review

Many questionable changes under the current CEO have many employees seeking employment elsewhere. This is why staff turnover is increasing. The department employees are being replaced with lower paid employees from outside of the general area. This new hiring "policy" is adversely affecting resident care and ultimately staff morale because more conscientious employees have to repeat the jobs done by employees who do not adhere to the strict level of care that Peter Becker Community is known for.
