Pros
The company is huge, there are lots of different awesome things you can work on, great teams with healthy working environments - provided you can navigate your way to them. Contrary to some popular views, there are many serious people working very hard, making an effort to have positive impact on the company's means and ends, which is highly motivating.
Cons
There are some problematic areas. Some, like routine administrative divisions, are erratic, unempowered and often misguided. Petty managerial politics will often be their main driver, with very poor leadership and vision. Others, like industrial plants, can be crushing in the ceaseless, night-and-day effort to keep high production and profits. It's also where some of the worst working environments in the company are (but there are good one's, too).
