Friendly colleagues, the community is full of locals, lots of benefit as a Malaysian (especially in KL) Structured trainings depending on the OPUs and Business Line
Cons
Hands-on technical work are based on individual-effort, and more of a management work, would be less suitable for entry-level into the industry. Too many locals for an international company. Too many layer of approvals due to multiple layers of management.
