Nice product idea and office

Flat hierarchies is a strange word for this company. Head ofs have no experience in their field and literally make the company not advance for months and years. The directors do not see that bad head ofs are limiting sales and success of the company - even though a lot of employees complain about it and even leave the company. What a pity. Please let go of some head ofs and leads who are in the company for years and are unethical to workers, besides having no idea about what they are doing. (specially Brand and PD)

+ You never feel like an outsider even if you are not German, most of the people are very lovely. + Business hours are very flexible + Great tech is just perfect and always up to date (nextjs, tailwind, aws ⚡️⚡️⚡️) + The sprints are balanced and the manager never let you burn out, you feel the 1to1 sessions are not techincal update hours. + Relocation to Germany possible. + Company language is English

- They pay way below market, which is understandable if you consider the you don’t have a heavy workload. + There is no relocation budget or a support about flat, you are on your own. + Sometimes people are slow, you have to push them to get things done.
