Pros

payment per hour was fair honesty regarding payments good communication from the accounting department

Cons

I worked for the marketing department (including social media) so I can only rate this department. The main disadvantages of cooperation were: very bad communication no feedback acting to the detriment of the brand's visual communication non-compliance with the contract: - fewer hours than agreed - the superior stopped communicating and sending tasks, which I took as an end. However, the contract specified that the employer was obliged to inform about the termination of the contract one month before its end.

Pros

Projects are easy for a relatively good paying

Cons

* Projects are nice and easy, however the management intend to make it complex to show the client that they're professional * Management * No stability (Even if you got promoted) * If you make mistakes you won't get coached, they will collect your faults and send you a warning letter asking you in it to be improved within 2 weeks * After you do your best and work on all faults, you will get a termination mail after 2 weeks that they didn't notice any improvement * And if the client decides you should leave the project now, they'll fire you at the same moment

Pros

Working at this company was one of the most disappointing experiences of my career. Management lacks transparency, accountability, and basic leadership skills. Promises made during the hiring process — regarding growth opportunities, salary adjustments, and work environment — were never fulfilled. The culture is extremely toxic: favoritism, poor communication, and constant blame-shifting are the norm. Constructive feedback is ignored, and employees who speak up are often sidelined or pressured to leave.

Cons

Another serious concern is the lack of data security and confidentiality. Sensitive client and employee information is handled carelessly, creating significant risks and ethical issues. There are many talented people who join with good intentions, but unfortunately, the environment makes it impossible to grow or even feel safe. Until the company addresses its management structure, internal culture, and data protection practices, I strongly recommend job seekers look elsewhere.
