Pros
Great Family Business, Boss is the best and works out on the sites to run or control the sites while going to other site with the other estimators to get it ready for the next days production.
Cons
The only con that I can find is the company grew too fast in another division and had to layoff employees that were involved after he sold the Mid-West Division.
