Pros
There are no pros do this job for a real technician. You are not actually going to be fixing any problems there standard mode of operation is send it to another desk. Although you may get lucky and reset a password all day.
Cons
By design this company lies do the new hires. I took a position as a technician however, the tier 1 technician they don't actually fix anything. NBA interview they told me that I would be resolving a true technical issues in the no decision would be made on me for at least 60 days. That was a complete lie. Training was supposed to be two weeks, they let me go after 1 week no true explanation ever given.
