Pros

Nice people aside from the CEO Remote if you like that work environment My line manager provided me with great support where they could but had a lot to juggle.

Cons

I started the role in January, and very soon it was apparent they did not have the money to keep me on, it was noted it was not related to performance. Irresponsible business practices, they should have known they could not afford me and had never been hiring. Seems they have made other recent hires and a new website which is questionable given their financial situation. Training is all self-directed for the most part outside of a few sessions. You are watching videos recorded years ago and most of the staff you are learning from are no longer at the company and some information is out of date. There's also disagreement recorded in one, which makes for awkward watching. The CEO is the main issue. He exhibited behaviours that should not be allowed in a professional workplace and seemed to make rash decisions in my personal opinion. I was paid my final salary over a week late, there were some bank issues but I know my colleagues were only paid a day late. I was told they have paid staff late in the past. I would recommend avoiding working here.

Pros

The company is still growing, and there are plenty of opportunities to take on work outside your core role and learn about different parts of the business. If you show initiative and consistently deliver good work, your efforts are noticed and there is real potential for growth over time. One thing I appreciate is that ideas are welcomed. If you see a better way of doing something, you're encouraged to speak up and suggest improvements rather than just follow existing processes. Management is generally open to feedback and new approaches. The work is very client-focused, so quality and attention to detail are important. It can be challenging at times, but it's also a good place to learn and develop professionally. The team is flexible and understanding as long as you communicate in advance and keep people informed. Overall, it's a good environment for people who like taking ownership, and being part of a company that's evolving and growing.

Cons

Because the company is growing and evolving, roles and responsibilities can sometimes extend beyond the original job description. This can be a great learning opportunity, but it may not be ideal for someone looking for a very structured role with clearly defined boundaries.

Pros

Remote, flexible hours and easy work. Technology and workflows being updated regularly to make it easier / quicker. Friendly staff.

Cons

The company went through restructure last year after liquidation. Lots of changes (though necessary) over a few months. Overall positive results.
