There is a noticeable pay disparity, with men often receiving significantly higher salaries than women for equivalent or even lower-level positions. One senior team member stood out for their dedication and effectiveness, supporting all departments and genuinely making a positive impact. Unfortunately, the CEO terminated this individual and then spread false claims about their performance to deflect blame and cover up his own mistakes. This company fosters a highly toxic work environment, making it challenging for employees to feel supported or valued.
