      Pros

      The company has great benefits: Health and dental insurance, 401K match, special price on products, hybrid work, paid holidays and time off. It offers a lot of benefits and it has a good environment. I really like working here and would recommend to a friend.

      Cons

      People are treated differently depending on the manager they have. The company doesn't have a standard policy on some issues (like time off and hybrid work) that applies to all employees, but leaves a lot of final decisions on the manager, which I understand, but my manager could do a better job at treating everyone equal within their group.

      Pros

      Pharmavite is the best company I have worked for. The culture is positive, supportive, and empowering. As an HRBP, I am trusted to make decisions based on business needs and am viewed as a strategic partner. I appreciate the autonomy, career development opportunities, and strong support from leadership. As a woman, I value the visible representation of women in senior leadership roles and the opportunities available for advancement. Employee morale is excellent, and Pharmavite truly creates an environment where people can grow, succeed, and enjoy coming to work every day.

      I honestly have enjoyed every minute of my time at Pharmavite. I love the work that I do and the people I work with.

      Pros

      Great leadership, great products, great people to work with. I was with the company for 15 years, total professionals at what they do. One of the best corporate leadership teams I have worked with. Lots of growth and opportunities for advancement. Always felt the company really cared for its employees and its community.
