I enjoy coming to work every day. Pharmgate gives their employees a lot of flexibility both within a given work week and when planning PTO. There is open communication with management and a general sense of belonging.

The work can get redundant but that is the nature of the industry/position.

Great pay for comparable entry-level chemistry jobs in the area. You’ll gain real-world applications experience with your degree, and the benefits are great (they use BCBS, not UHC like most other companies). Management often rewards employees with food.

You likely won’t find promotion opportunities here. It’s a QC job, so you’ll be running the same monotonous tests week after week. Not a lot of team-building opportunities. Food rewards are never inclusive of team members with allergies, and small financial bonuses are only given twice a year no matter how well the company is doing.
