Pros
It’s a fantastic environment for anyone who enjoys feeling overworked and under-appreciated. Management is always absent when support is needed and perfectly present when blame is ready to be assigned. Truly a masterclass in how to create “growth opportunities” by giving everyone double the workload with none of the support.
Cons
This workplace was chronically understaffed, and employees were expected to pick up the slack without acknowledgment or support. Staff concerns were regularly disregarded, respect was nonexistent, and the environment was exhausting and demoralizing.
