Allows you to meet new people and develop relationships with team members due to the tight-knit community of employees for each store. Good tips received (depending on location).
Cons
Incredibly high stress with little room for slip-ups, poor management (both store and corporate), promised incremental raises haven't been honored for over a year now, no 401(k) match, careless corporate climate hidden behind a "we're a fun, loving, company that cares for their employees" façade.
