There's always stuff that is changing every month or sudden change. Needs a lot of patience for all the young team members, complains every now and then when they are stressed and pressured. The team members are all still young to understand how the company values them. Even if you are being good and kind to your team there's always negative comments about you, they always thought that they are not being heard. Even if you tried so hard to be friendly to them, You really can't please anyone around you, there's always a barrier between the manager and the team but I think the barrier is a good thing at least respect is still there.
