The management needs to review its policies. While it's understandable that they are a start-up, they don’t have to lowball their employees. They underpay and overwork their staff. Schedules are uneven, and the head teacher/manager seems unprofessional in handling team issues. They can't even assist with personal matters like banking or housing.
There is also no dedicated space for teachers, no opportunities for growth, and the salary is low for the location.
Management needs significant improvement.
