Pros
Lots of "culture". If you are more into "culture" than work, this is the place for you. All the coffee, beer and happy hours you can imagine.
Cons
No leadership. No transparency with their clients as well as their employees. CEO's behave inappropriately around staff and are dishonest about the products they are selling. Very unfair to all of the employees who genuinely care about climate change and helping the clients.
