Night shift is a very nice pace if you are a work to live kind of person. There are calls that come in and duties to perform, but you very rarely feel overwhelmed. They really work with staff to attempt to allow for as much training as possible when given a proper amount of advance warning.

Very small staff so it can occasionally cause issues when needing time off if sick or some other unforeseen circumstance occurs. Due to a low amount of clients there can be periods of inactivity at times that result in needing to find other tasks to busy oneself with.
