Pros
it's a job. and they pay a good salary, plus bonuses. so if you need a job, it's a good option if you're stress-resilient or while you're looking for something else they offer a good training program in the beginning
Cons
they're so desperate to make money that they'd do anything for it, so they're lying a lot to both candidates and clients. they even lie to employees to get them in and once they're there, surprise, the huge list of clients they were advertising is virtually nonexisting and you have to find your own. I hear they even had some manager commit fraud and invent fake clients so he can bill and get bonuses. it's a very stressful environment, but then again, agency recruitment usually is. most of the employees while I was there at least were young Irish, 20-somethings, which can be fun, as long as you're not any different. there was one non-Irish employee in the entire company while I was there and they didn't last long. no one does anyway, high attrition rate.
