The pay is awful, doesn't keep up against market rate, - This is reflected in every department and has been mentioned countless time, including in an investors review of the company. Nothing has ever changed Internal progression puts you at a disadvantage when it comes to pay increases. Company doesn't show any real appreciation for the work done. Company has no clear directive other than generic vague statements.
