Employee Response to "False Advertising" - Anonymous employee PhoneTree Employee Review

As a current employee of 2+ years, I was shocked by the recent review "False Advertising." The PhoneTree described in the Cons section is not the PhoneTree for which I work. PhoneTree is a welcoming place that rewards hard work and offers fair compensation and benefits. I have written two reviews already (this will be my third) on my own impetus - primarily because I am deeply disturbed by some of the false depictions of the company that I have seen on GlassDoor in the past year or so. The CEO and management did NOT solicit my reviews. Benefits have actually increased over the past year, as has my salary. Bonuses have not gone away either. I can only come to the conclusion that the writer has falsely stated his/her status as a current employee, and therefore doesn't really know what's happening. If anyone reading this review is a prospective employee, you will have ample opportunities to speak with current employees during the interview process.
