Pros
I really enjoy working here. The leadership is strong, and the atmosphere is positive. The team works closely together, and there is a real sense of collaboration when solving problems. We all pull in the same direction to get things resolved. I am always learning, and the problem solving is genuinely interesting and enjoyable. The clients are fascinating and varied which keeps the work engaging, and no two issues are ever the same. It is a fun place to work where I feel respected. The benefits are great, and small extras like food being ordered in and dogs in the office make a real difference.
Cons
There is genuinely nothing of note to raise. Should I have an issue or concern, I am always comfortable raising this, and I know it will be treated appropriately and respectfully.
