      Pros

      Great colleagues and a very bright product development team dedicated to building a great technology. Casual dress code. Benefits aren't bad.

      Cons

      I am weary about the future of this company. Too much employee turnover and restructuring allows for instability and fear for losing your job at any time. Upper level management turns a blind eye to what is actually happening in the company.

      Pros

      Close knit environment so you can really get to know everyone. Good pay.

      Cons

      More direction could be given to interns. Mine was their first round of interns though so they have time to adjust. Overall, I have nothing negative to say about the experience.
