1. Infrastructure needs a bit of improvement. Probably I am biased with work infrastructure which I enjoyed with my previous employer 2. 99% of issues faced in Pi Beam are those common challenges which any start up would face during it's formative years

I have been interned at Pi Beam Labs pvt ltd for a month from February to March of 2020. As we all know an internship can be a crucial professional development tool The right internship is not only a great way to get a foot in the door at a company but also an opportunity to ‘try out’ a career to see if it’s a good fit The best thing about my internship at Pi-Beam is that I get a lot of hands-on experience. My Pros are, A lot of hands-on experience Demands to think lot and analyze deep Challenging assignments The equality treatment , ( Intern gets same treatment as an employee ) A listening Management Helpful colleagues Learn from design to production

Pi-Beam is in the early stages of startup genre organization but still very much mature than a startup. So the general cons of a growing organization can apply here as well, but can be overcome soon as it is growing very fast.
