Pretty easy and a fun atmosphere. Its a lot of student responsibility, and there are opportunities to advance.

Cons

Sometimes it could be boring, but there isn't a lot of negative to this job. Maybe the occasional angry customer.

I appreciated the friendly work environment, opportunity to practice customer service, and relaxed setting.

Cons

As a CSR, there was little to no career development besides any training required for ticket sales and recital scheduling.
