Pros
The company really cares about you and invests in you. Any time I felt that I needed to work on different projects or in a different role, the management accommodated me and made sure that I work on things that I want to work on, that I was growing as an Engineer. This, to me, is a huge advantage for any Software Engineer that wants learn new things or add more tools to his/her arsenal. My managers were very nice and understanding. My colleagues were all very wonderful, but more importantly very competent.
Cons
I can't think of anything. My 3 year period at Pico has been completely frustration free. In fact, it's been very fun and an amazing experience!
