Pros
Good pay per the market, they consider your experience and talent, not the last drawn for making an offer... but that's where the gravy train stops.
Cons
No schedule, you have to work nights and weekends and can never take a single leave without one week advance of notice and it was specified by HR, TL, and even C-level people that we do all are a 'family' here of a few people so we all work all the time and expect you to do the same: weekends for "few" unspecified hours along with your fixed 5 days for >10 hours. And you cannot ask questions or their 'family' gets easily offended. People get fired left, right, and center. No notice, no reason, no coverage.
