Corrupt company, lied about salaries, engaged in union-busting, negligence on site caused staff injuries and customer death (which was covered up by the company and blamed on employees, who were unfairly fired), general lack of repairs, company was disengaged when help was required and pettily micromanaging in other ways, general morass of red tape from head office like checklists and time-and-motion studies while core issues ignored.
