There's are no pros about this company. I shouldn't even call it a company, whole organization is built with the help of lies.
Cons
The company conducts mass placement drives all over India and when the joining date arrives, they give you a surprise by saying that you have to clear an observation period of 15 days and then they will decide whether to keep you or not. Even if you manage to clear this test you will be greeted with even more lies. They will tell you that they don't have any projects at the moment so your joining will be postponed again and again till that point when you'll get demoralized and give up on them. The truth is, their main source of income is through the internships they sell or may be some other shady means. But surely they don't have any technical work for engineers. So please stop wasting your time and pursue some other options.
