Pros
The feeling that you are working for an organisation that is truly making a difference to people who are in crisis. The therapists and the lead therapist at the centre at the time were fantastic and supportive.
Cons
I had to read through and transcribe assessment notes which I found very sad and distressing, for which I was not prepared for, and was unsure if I could get used to. If I'd have known I could bear it, I would have loved to have stayed.
