Regularly moved staff to different roles without consulting them or giving any heads up or preparation.
No clear progression for career growth; promotions were often promised and never realized or delivered upon.
Projects were often quick and poorly completed, then needed to be returned to to "polish up" because original timelines for project were unattainable.
Leadership was a boys club of middle-aged white men who often spewed nonsense and had no real idea what their teams were doing.
