      Pros

      free drinks on and off shift and good discounts of coffee beans.

      Cons

      very badly paid and the tips weren’t good. managers have an ego and not good communicators, generally didn’t enjoy the work. I’ve been head barista in specialty coffee & worked in coffee for 4 years so this says something.

      I like the team and most customers are okay. Managers are understanding, hours are okay too.

      Tips system, you cant seat during your shift. Benefits aren't that great
