Pros
As previously mentioned in other reviews, the best thing about Pilot is the openness of the team. Not only do I get to make decisions within the marketing department, but I also get to contribute to voicing my opinions and be a part of the decision-making on just about all aspects of the company. If you're eager to learn and grow, the company will match your enthusiasm/passion with opportunities.
Cons
Not your usual 9-5 job, so it could be a con to some people. You also tend to do more work than you anticipated, but not because you're forced to, just because you'd simply want to. Your work is heavily dependent on the growth of the company, so if you're not passionate about the role, this might not be the perfect fit for you.
