      Reduced hours working week, remote work opportunities, compassionate policies and leaders, social impact, week of festive closure in December without needing to use days of annual leave

      No progression pathways, no rewards for high performance, senior leaders stay a long time without making room for others to move up, financially unstable organisation, a bit bureaucratic
