Some officers are rather remote from metropolitan Phoenix area.

I would say having flex schedule but now they are trying to take that away from employees. Pay is better then most counties. A great place to get promoted if you know the right people.

Management can't keep people employed, poor leadership from the supervisors, problem employees don't get addressed others get punished for their behaviors.
