Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and perspective. We genuinely appreciate hearing from former employees, as this feedback helps inform how we continue to grow as a company. I am glad to hear that you found the product meaningful. Our teams take great pride in building technology that helps protect people and organizations, and that shared sense of purpose is something many of us care deeply about. We also acknowledge the challenges you noted. Like many companies operating in a dynamic environment, there are moments of change, and we work to navigate those with care, respect, and consideration for the people doing the work. We are grateful for the contributions you made at Pindrop and wish you continued success in the next chapter of your career. If you would like to discuss anything further, please feel free to reach out to pops@pindrop.com. Christine Kaszubski Aldrich, Chief People Officer

Pros

Flexible working space and hours. 100% remote first (though if you live in ATL, you can go into the office) if you choose. Great team dynamic.

Cons

Like any small company/startup, opportunities for advancement are somewhat limited, but even then, you can still get promoted and raises are pretty consistent.

Pros

- great culture and positive energy from the top down - company wide rest days of 1 full day a quarter that the whole company is off line...typically falls on a long weekend - most positions are paid well - the organization does take a lot of feedback and makes sure employees feel heard - some changes are happening mainly on the revenue side and it's all for the better! - the product is top-notch and is very well positioned in the market to make a huge impact

Cons

- sometimes it feels a bit reactive in some decisions made on strategy for the organization depending on the market - some people are stuck in their ways which makes it hard to come in and make an impact (this is mainly on the IC level though - the C-Level is very receptive to ideas) - Not a lot of career development opportunities but you do get a large learning and development budget to spend on yourself
