Pros
The team and people, the HR team actually stood up for employees
Cons
The hours were all over the place. I was told I'll have a set schedule and work 8 hours a day, that I would pick my start/end time - that was a lie. I was told weekends were rare - 3 back to back weekends were required in the first month. I was also told I do not need to be tied to my phone, which was another lie. If I didn't answer (because I was driving) I would be told that I need to get blutooth hooked up or something so I can answer my phone. Other employees in my department that were of equal status were allowed to leave early on multiple occasions and only worked their scheduled 8 hour shift. I was also made to bounce between 2 facilities and there was no reimbursement for mileage or gas. Training was lackluster. I was thrown into a couple of things and told I should know it - then I explained I didn't have training I was given a quick walk through that was only about 5 minutes. I had a personal issue that I had to deal with and asked that the company work with me (letting me off at my 8 hour mark rather than 12+) and I was given a hard time about it. I was also paid less with 10+ years of experience than someone they hired off the floor (a difference of $10,000/yr)
