      Pros

      Marketing taken care of. Weekends off. Strong branding in Rochester. Ability to make more for jobs done. All scheduling and leads are handled by the company. All different skilled trades are involved so not stuck just plumbing or roofing all day.

      Cons

      Not many cons at all.
