      The director will surely increase your salary if you work well. He is very friendly with the staffs. Near metro station.

      Cons

      Frequent Overtime needed. Toxic work environment with toxic colleagues. No IT group available. No Quality Controller available. No EOY party.

      very friendly atmosphere and also we had great training and onboarding

      Cons

      this was my 1st job and we did not have a well equipped tools laptop etc
