impressed with this company - Service Ambassador Pinnacle Automotive Employee Review

Got hired with Pinnacle to work at a nice dealership here and did not expect much - pay was good, but otherwise nothing special. Things changed a few weeks ago when I was scheduled for a Pinnacle training class at a hotel that was going to be taught by someone from headquerters. I was not looking forward to it but, wow I was blown away. We had two people in town named Derrick and Abby and they were great. Derrick taught the class really good and showed us many new things about how to treat the customers, how to look good at work and believe it or not he also gave me hope in my life. Yea, we found out that this guy traveled here to teach us after being really sick and he did not let it get him down. I realized when he was talking that I have a real chance to wake up and get promotions to manager and to stick with it and support my family better. The other one Abby - she asked us to suggest friends to work for Pinacle and I thought that was really nice. I wrote my friends names down and he said they called the next day. After the class i went up and shook his hand cause he really made me see things differently about my job. He mentioned to share my day with others on this website so I hope this helps. I tell all my friends to come work for Pinnacle.
