8yThank you for your feedback. We are glad you enjoyed working with our great staff and in our office environment while you were with us. We take great pride in the diversity of our company. In total, women dominate our workforce population 60/40. At the professional and executive levels of our organization, there are 39 men and 38 women. We welcome employees of all diversities and contribute their skills to helping us serve our clients in the best way possible. Regarding our computer systems, the reality is that our systems are updated regularly, sometimes daily, by our talented staff of computer programmers and coders. Moreover, it is because we are a client-driven company that we make needed adjustments to our system this frequently. We are a passionate group of people and as with other companies, some company conversations can become heated, but yelling and disrespect is not tolerated at this organization and is always subject to disciplinary action.
