      Very family oriented and understanding management for the most part

      Cons

      Well the technology is soooooo far behind, upper management does not understand how bad things are because there is constant covering up of issues, favoritism for people who have been there forever even if they treat others like garbage

      Pros

      -After being there for a while you'll start seeing some kind of pattern and the job will become straight forward. -Many of the people there are friendly especially if you say hi first.

      Cons

      -The place is a little bit too wide and requires a whole lot of walking everyday especially for insert operators if you want to produce large numbers.
