Pros
There is a lot to learn about the retail market and how to work with vendors in the US and over seas. It is great to see the behind the scenes of how products are made. The company often does have social gatherings during lunch hours, but not much outside of work hours.
Cons
Not many chances for advancement so you can start to feel stuck. Speaking up to find ways to advance your career is not often heard.
