      Pros

      Working at Pinnacle was great. Nice people, a lot of camaraderie. Challenging work and never a dull moment. There were plenty of opportunities for entrepreneurial minded people to advance. Culture was the best I have experienced. Everyone was passionate and committed.

      Cons

      Startup environment. Many unforeseen challenges. Rapid growth environment led to supply chain, HR, and other issues. Location presented challenges in finding and recruiting top specialist talent.

      Pros

      Working at Pinnacle was a lot of fun. We had a great culture driven by our highly intelligent if not eccentric leader. Everyone(mostly) worked together feverishly with the shared goal of building an amazing company.

      Cons

      Startup environment, growing pains, lack of policies and procedures. Entrepreneurial ADD. There really weren't a lot of cons to working here. It was a fantastic place with really good people.
