Pros
No company is perfect, but I do believe that safety truly is the number 1 priority of the senior management team most of the time. Management consistently proves their commitment to safety with their willingness to learn and improve.
Employees are encouraged to provide feedback and voice their opinions, and they do so willingly because they knew they will be heard. I believe this is why Pinnacle has a high level of employee buy-in/engagement.
If you put in the work and prove yourself, there is opportunity to grow.
Rewards/incentive program motivates employees to share information and participate in safety activities.
Cons
Pinnacle is growing and it's growing fast, so there are some growing pains, but I do believe they do their best to keep up and ensure that safety stays at the forefront of everyone's mind.
