      A lot of insight on the Ecuadorean market, management is fair with employees and salaries are better than what similar companies offer.

      Cons

      There aren't many cons that i can think of specifically, however, there could be better communication between brand managers and employees

      A lot of freedom referring to the projects you want to work at. There are a lot of areas of improvement and everyday is completely different
