Pinwheel truly cares about the wellbeing of its employees and the clients they serve. Refreshing to have a management team that goes to great lengths to ensure company culture is healthy and thriving.
Cons
I personally worked remotely. For many this is a pro, for me it is a con. The company thrives in a remote work type environment but I personally prefer more in-person interactions.
I love that Pinwheel is helping kids and families with digital addicition, online safety, and learning digital literacy. It's a great mission.
The company is very friendly with clear policies and low drama across the board.
Cons
There could be more career growth opportunities within roles. Because its small, you may have to switch roles to find new opportunities.
